A Snapshot of Your Day
We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide outstanding customer support in mobilizing qualified professionals for fieldwork. In this role, you will support project managers in understanding their demands, assist external clients during field emergencies, and define training schedules for professional certification. Additionally, you will collaborate with our LATAM team on operations in other countries while actively working to identify and implement cost reduction strategies.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide outstanding customer support in mobilizing qualified professionals for fieldwork. In this role, you will support project managers in understanding their demands, assist external clients during field emergencies, and define training schedules for professional certification. Additionally, you will collaborate with our LATAM team on operations in other countries while actively working to identify and implement cost reduction strategies.
Your Responsibilitites
- Customer support for the mobilization of qualified professionals for fieldwork;
- Support for project managers in understanding demands;
- Assistance to external clients in field emergencies;
- Definition of training schedules for professional certification;
- Collaboration with the LATAM team for operations in other countries;
- Continuous work on cost reduction.
- Bachelor's degree/technical courses in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Administration;
- Proficiency in Windows, SAP, Primavera;
- Sophisticated English – Spanish (desirable);
- Experience with rotating equipment;
- Availability for travel: 70% domestic - 30% international.
- Exposure across the LATAM region, professional development through experience, and significant interaction at managerial levels;
- Collaboration with highly knowledgeable individuals in various managerial and technical roles;
- Engagement with a high-performance team.
