Billing Operations Manager (Order to Cash)

About the role

The Billing Operations/Order to Cash Manager (OTC) is accountable for the implementation and execution of the Order to Cash process from end to end for complex programs as defined in the contract.

The Billing Operations/Order to Cash Manager (OTC) interlocks with CBU Director, and cross functional team such as billing operations, sales operations and cash collections and has visibility of all financial, contractual, strategic and risk related information concerning the program

The Billing Operations/Order to Cash Manager (OTC) provides analysis of billing and presents to CBU Director for further action and correction plan

The Billing Operations/Order to Cash Manager (OTC) shall define and deliver the invoicing and billing model for the Client program according to the contract and customization requests submitted by the client

The Billing Operations/Order to Cash Manager (OTC) shall manage the transformation billing plan according to the defined OTC strategy and Overall Program Transformation plan

Coordinate end to end service delivery interlocks and flag any issues

Accountable for the accuracy of commercial inventory used for billing

Accountable for the overall accuracy of the bills and relying on accuracy of orders

Report internal KPIs to monitor OTC activities and quality

Define additional KPIs (when applicable)

Report and monitor on contractual OTC SLAs related to credits pay outs

Manage continuous improvement to the OTC activities and execute the billing SIP (Service Improvement Plan

The Billing Operations/Order to Cash Manager (OTC) shall ensure coordination and proper involvement / collaboration of the contributors within and outside the CBU to guaranty the timely implementation of the defined OTC solutions according to the contract and validated planning & strategy

The Billing Operations/Order to Cash Manager (OTC) is accountable for the overall Order to Cash operations from end to end (Billing, Claims, Collection Support, Customer Billing Support, Change Management, Revenue assurance, Reporting Support.) to achieve high levels of client satisfaction

Definition and follow-up of corrective actions to recover from low performance (quality, lead time etc.

Escalation level for resolution of high impact disputes and the issuance of billing credits

Provide Collection support on resolution of high past due amounts and meet DSO

Implement a communication strategy to inform all stakeholders and provide regular reports. Manage internal and client stakeholder expectations.

Contribute in bids/extensions preparations to ensure OTC awareness and compliance of commitments being made and contribute as necessary to align terms and conditions with program requirements

The Billing Operations/Order to Cash Manager (OTC) shall contribute to the growth of the Intellectual Capital Process by ensuring quality documentation (accurate) is published and maintained in the relevant repositories.

About you - Requirements

Experience with Order to Cash process from end to end

Experience with Customer Billing contracts

Advanced English to speak, read and write

Advanced Skills in Excel and office in general

Problem solving and analytical skills

Proactive and self motivated

Strong communications skills: verbal and written.

Preferred degree in Business.
