The opportunity
As the Director of LATAM Marketing, DME Digital at Adobe, you'll join the International team in Adobe's Global Marketing Organization. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing the LATAM DME Digital marketing strategy for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. With your expertise in data-driven, B2C digital marketing and knowledge of the LATAM market, you'll generate innovative marketing ideas to engage audiences, drive product adoption, and create lasting value. Additionally, you'll be a key member of the international leadership team, representing LATAM for GMO International.

The opportunity
As the Director of LATAM Marketing, DME Digital at Adobe, you'll join the International team in Adobe's Global Marketing Organization. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing the LATAM DME Digital marketing strategy for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. With your expertise in data-driven, B2C digital marketing and knowledge of the LATAM market, you'll generate innovative marketing ideas to engage audiences, drive product adoption, and create lasting value. Additionally, you'll be a key member of the international leadership team, representing LATAM for GMO International.
What You'll Do
- Formulate and drive LATAM marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for the Adobe Creative Cloud and Acrobat portfolios.
- Lead and complete full-funnel marketing programs in partnership with cross-functional teams from Media, PR & Social, Lifecycle Marketing & Adobe.com. Partner strategically with Product Marketing and Go-to-Market teams to deliver against annual strategies and business goals.
- Drive marketing innovation and creativity, using audience insights and marketing analytics to develop plans that meet business goals and important metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize consumer journeys, establish new strategic partnerships, and build breakthrough content and messaging.
- Manage project timelines and details of campaign launches, liaising with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate forecasts and budgets for your marketing programs, ensuring accountability for campaign performance against defined metrics.
- Play a key role in quarterly business and marketing reviews, defining the narrative for LATAM and influencing the Executive team.
- Apply data analytics and market insights to identify key drivers for growth and optimization.
- Know our products and our customers intimately.
- Lead and manage a small team of LATAM marketing professionals.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering significant business growth through marketing programs.
- 10+ years of progressive B2C digital marketing experience working on software/technology brands with deep understanding of digital marketing.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Clear communicator with outstanding critical thinking skills, able to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies passionate about achieving outcomes.
- Deep experience with full-funnel campaigns including digital, social media, influencer marketing, and transcreation of global campaigns for local markets.
- Proven experience working with agencies to craft compelling messages that captivate audiences and offer them compelling solutions.
- Customer-first approach, understanding their needs and motivations to build outstanding experiences and successful customer journeys.
- Balance creative inspiration with strong business insight.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and influence collaborators at all levels.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge of Adobe products highly desirable.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
