YOUR DAY TO DAY
As IBP Planner you will be facilitating Integrated Business Planning process in the Market to achieve aligned demand plan.
You will be managing collection of Business Intelligence from Commercial, Strategy, Marketing and Finance teams and integrating it into the demand plan. You will balance supply and demand, ensure successful inventory management, identify risks and opportunities to the plan, create optimized responses and validate them with the stakeholders.

YOUR DAY TO DAY
As IBP Planner you will be facilitating Integrated Business Planning process in the Market to achieve aligned demand plan.
You will be managing collection of Business Intelligence from Commercial, Strategy, Marketing and Finance teams and integrating it into the demand plan. You will balance supply and demand, ensure successful inventory management, identify risks and opportunities to the plan, create optimized responses and validate them with the stakeholders.
You Will Be Accountable For
- Running routine Market IBP process and engaging with the Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Strategy teams to capture market events and trends that impact the sales forecast and to properly plan new product initiatives
- Running the Statistical forecast and incorporating all information relevant to enrich it with the latest market events and new product launches.
- Propose and performing scenarios planning to identify risks & opportunities to lead discussions with stakeholders.
- Collaborating with Supply Planning and Marketing Planning to ensure successful inventory management throughout the supply chain and follow up on product availability at market level.
- Regularly analyzing finished goods inventory and projections, work collaboratively with Finance and Regional teams on Working Capital scenarios.
- Regularly reviewing Market sales performance versus approved forecast and target, analyze forecasting KPIs and perform loss analysis to identify root causes, facilitating preparation and approval of the gap closure plans.
- Ensuring right phasing-in & phasing-out of products due to Market plans / regulatory environment.
- Effectively defining and managing Budget for Loss of Goods Destroyed providing previsibility and reason mapping
- Facilitate the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process within the market to achieve a cohesive and aligned market demand plan, approved by the Market Management team.
- Manage the collection of Business Intelligence from Strategy, Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams, integrating it into the demand plan to ensure accuracy and relevance.
You are a curios and ambitious leader with strong written, analytical and verbal communication skills. You also have:
- University degree or post-graduate diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields
- 3+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance
- Ability to lead IBP meetings and Project management skills are strong plus
- End 2 End Supply Chain / Integrated Business Planning Processes knowledge/experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of data processing techniques and systems (SQL, Power BI tools etc.) is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of SAP, Supply Chain Planning and Forecasting Solutions
- Knowledge of Finance principles; ability to use financial concepts & terminology and principles of PM budget cycle
