Team Introduction

The Product Solutions Operations (PSO) team acts as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for TikTok's monetization strategies, driving the platform's growth towards industry leadership. Our focus is on customer obsession, ensuring that we meet and exceed client needs with our deep product and market expertise. By striving for operational excellence, we simplify and scale TikTok's monetization solutions, making them more effective and accessible to our users and partners.

Our team guides and empowers sellers to implement the right solutions in key verticals, fostering growth in ARPA and achieving revenue targets. We serve as in-region product experts, offering crucial support and feedback on product strategy to create products that resonate with customers. Prioritizing initiatives based on their business impact, we collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive success and ensure TikTok remains at the forefront of the digital advertising landscape.

Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth in key verticals.
• Support the team in conducting market research and analysis to provide insights on product performance and customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and enable the right solutions for clients, contributing to ARPA growth and revenue targets.
• Provide inbound support and feedback on product strategies, helping to shape and improve TikTok's monetization solutions.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and operational excellence.
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and training materials for sellers and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, including the ability to utilize them to extract, analyze, and interpret complex datasets for informed decision-making.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for the digital advertising and social media industry.

• Previous internship or work experience in a related field (e.g., sales, marketing, business analysis).
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar.
• Experience in project management or leading multiple initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Knowledge of the digital advertising industry and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
