What You Will Do

Driving cost reduction initiatives on a global scale within Earth Moving Supply Management by conducting advanced analytical tasks, often of a confidential nature, in support of the global supply network category management and/or site management.

This role is responsible for coordinating projects and assisting buyers and professionals with cost improvement initiatives.

The duties include developing expertise in cost management, overseeing active project governance, generating cost reduction ideas, and supporting business forecasting and the ABP/RBM process.

What You Will Have – Skills

Data-driven Decision Making: Knowledge of the data-driven decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to gather and analyze data to make organizational decisions that align with strategic business objectives and goals.

Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Level Extensive Experience: Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline.

Advanced English.

Solid skills in Data Analytics.

MBA in related areas.
